All that would need to be done is just genericize the bus more and maybe make a parody on the name and that's about it. I am not sure how long they watch these IP's but safe to say that as long as they are in business they won't allow it. I do believe someone else has fixed the bus or another mod has a school bus, but not sure how many other mods have a long nose bus. On what grounds I am not sure but likely the same grounds that makes Forza Horizon games not be so realistic with crash damage to licensed cars. So I am not sure if reuploading it is a good idea. Yeah the story of this mod is unique in the fact that Blue Bird Corporation actually contacted BeamNG forums AND the creator of the mod and told them to cease and desist or face a lawsuit.
